Well at least now I feel a little guilty when I don’t follow my menu…you know because I have told all of my devoted readers what I plan to do. Ok that made me giggle. I currently have two loyal readers and both are friends of mine but ONE day this will work to keep me on track and until then it is good practice in trying to be responsible. At any rate (as my Granny use to say) I begin my Pioneer Woman self imposed challenge immediately this week! Whose excited? I am! Who isn’t? My husband! I’m trying her macaroni and cheese and when I told him he said…but I like the boxed kind. Men. ::scoff:: I predict that when he tastes the ooey gooey goodness of fresh macncheese I”ll never be able to blue box it again. I’ll put photos up tomorrow of the process!
Monday - Meatloaf (my recipe) macaroni and cheese (PWs) biscuits (frozen) and green beans (canned)
Tuesday – leftovers
Wednesday – Chicken and rice, black eyed peas
Thursday - Hamburger Helper, green beans, garlic bread
Friday - leftovers
Yes, we eat a lot of HH. However, not as much as my past Menu Plan Monday’s indicate. In the last 3 weeks I’ve put it on the menu and yet to make it. Ah well. I am a work in progress. How often do you stay on track with your weekly menu?

Thanks! I”m looking forward to it. If I fail at something that simple I’m going to totally dread the rest of the recipes
I’ll have to try it. I make Rachael Ray’s baked mac and cheese and throw either diced ham or bacon bits in it. We’ll see which one wins… and then how hubby wants to redo it. LOL
I’ll be posting pics and a review of it tomorrow night or Wednesday morning. I’m super excited and can’t wait to try! Hmmmm bacon bits…..
