Oh my little stars and Barbie dolls how ridiculously excited am I that they finally announced the Dancing with the Stars Season 11 cast? I about bounced out of my chair last night when I got the email saying who was in the cast. Why? Because I’m crazy in love with the show and it led to my current obsession with some reality TV shows like Master Chef, Hell’s Kitchen, and the Bachelorette. This is all quite odd considering the TV in our house is hooked up to nothing outside of our house and I watch all of these shows online now. Right, but back to Dancing with the Stars!!!
A lot of people are a little disappointed with the Dancing with the Stars Season 11 cast, but not me. I’m super excited about almost all of them. I’m going to give you the list of the upcoming dancers that will be boogieing around the dance floor starting September 20th and what I think of each one as well as who I want to win (as of now, I may change my mind after I ‘meet’ them).
Michael Bolton – How do you not want to see this 90s icon every night? I don’t love his music, but it definitely brings me back and look at that cute little smile!
Brandy – I’m sure she’ll be a big draw, and I always love it when musicians are on the show, but she isn’t my favorite out of the gate.
Margaret Cho – I’ve seen some of her stand-up routines online and she cracks me up. I hope she stays around awhile.
Rich Fox – I’m not a sports fan but judging from the picture he’s a hottie, and who doesn’t want hot guys on the show?
David Hasselhoff – I want him to stay around just for the drama. I’m probably being unfair but I think he’ll be good for some laughs. Of course before he turned into a nutjob I really loved him on Knight Rider.
Florence Henderson – OMG it’s Mrs. Brady!! I LOVE the Brady Bunch and totally wanted a mom like her when I was growing up.
Kyle Massey – Don’t really have an opinion about him, he’ll have to win me over on personality or dance moves.
Bristol Palin – I could do an entire post on how much I want her kicked off first. She isn’t a star or even a politician. Grrrrrrrr.
Audrina Partridge – I’m probably the only person in the country who has never seen The Hills but there you have it. I don’t care much one way or the other about her yet either.
Mike Sorrentino – Again, not much with the caring about him or The Jersey Shore which I’ve never seen. I don’t care for him based on his smirk, but you know what they say about books and covers so we’ll see.
Kurt Warner – Another cute guy I know nothing about. Sweet.
Jennifer Grey – I saved my favorite for last. I LOVE Dirty Dancing and the next best thing to having Patrick on the show is getting Jennifer. It makes me so happy I could do cartwheels…if I knew how to do cartwheels. I’m really looking forward to watching her dance. Oh and for all of those people who say wait she danced in a movie. Do you remember her dancing? The only reason she seemed anywhere near competent was Patrick. So excited!!!
